On behalf of the Keeneland culinary team, it’s my pleasure to invite you to Culinary Immersion: A Keeneland Crafted Event. Join me and our experienced team for a unique cooking class to help you hone your skills for your next dinner party. From building a charcuterie board and plating beautiful salads to curing meats and making gnocchi from scratch, this class will teach you a variety of skills you can use in your own kitchen.

During the class, you’ll also be able to enjoy culinary cocktails and handpicked wine selections, get a behind the scenes look at how we feed Keeneland’s guests on race day, and, of course, share dinner with myself and the culinary team.

I’m excited about this opportunity to share the joy that comes with making and eating great food, and I hope you’ll join us.
